Memetakan Koordinat Perusahaan dalam ISO 9001:2015

Pada versi yang terbaru ini kita akan disuguhkan klausul 4.1 Understanding context of the organization, adalah bagaimana Manajemen menganalisa dan mengetahui dimana letak titik koordinat dari bisnis yang digelutinya, memang ada banyak sekali cara dalam mengoperasikan Isu internal dan eksternal yang berkembang didalam proses bisnis maupun bidang usaha salah satunya SWOT Analysis :

Pada pola ini kita akan menentukan SWOT yaitu Strength/Kekuatan, Weakness/Kelemahan, Opportunity/Peluang, Threats/Ancaman, yang ada pada perusahaan atau organisasi setelahnya ditindaklanjuti dengan melakukan pembobotan nilai dan diukur menggunakan diagram cartesius yang memiliki 4 Kuadran berbeda, disinilah peran seorang Quality Assurance, Management Representative, maupun Manajemen terlihat bagaimana dalam mempertahankan hasil yang apabila sudah baik serta men- develop perusahaan atau organisasi jika belum optimal di dukung dengan data dan fakta yang objektif agar hasil analisa dan pengukuran cukup valid untuk di tindaklanjuti demi perbaikan dari masa ke masa.

Briefly Information of ISO 45001 as Replacement of OHSAS 18001:2007

“Implementing a strong occupational health and safety management system helps organizations reduce accidents and ill health, avoid costly prosecutions, perhaps even reduce insurance costs, as well as create a culture of positivity in the organization when its people see that their needs are being taken into account,” explains David Smith, Chair of the committee. “Wide adoption of ISO 45001 should reduce the horror stories in the media of poor OHS management leading to loss of life, injury and large-scale disasters, as seen in the factory buildings around the world.”

OHSAS 18001 as we know is not perfect yet, that one reason from IOS to increase the OHSAS system become an ISO Regulation, the clauses predicted will similar with QMS and EMS new version (10 Clauses), in the further IOS will implementing and issuing all ISO Standard become a 10 Clauses for effectiveness and efficiency. Actually IOS want to ISO 45001 become a Good and perfect system on their efforts to decreasing accident values in the world especially in Industry and oil & gas sector which given highest score for fatality and serious accident and incident record.

Local Government in each country have issuing their regulation to implementing Safety System, but the organization or company still need the International Standard to achieve their goals or overseas business sector, once again IOS give and present the best for International Standard System.
